Volunteering
As a credit union, concern for the community is one of our most important principles. In addition to the products and services we offer our members, volunteering is another way we give back to the entire community. We are deliberate in our intentions to help improve the financial health of our community and volunteering plays a big role in our efforts. We encourage our employees to volunteer and provide paid time off to make it even easier to support this initiative.

Mentorship 
DCCU's works with local high school students to connect them with opportunities to explore career paths in fields and disciplines they are interested in. These opportunities facilitate learning and development through hands-on experiences that help shape professional growth. Seasonal Employment Program
DCCU offers short-term and flexible opportunities through our Seasonal Employment Program.
