The Drive Now. Pay Later. Win! Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is conducted in the United States and will begin with auto loan applications submitted from 12:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, to 11:59 pm Eastern Time (“ET”) on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, and the auto loan application must be funded/closed by Tuesday, January 7, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion is organized by DuPont Community Credit Union, P.O. Box 1365, Waynesboro, VA 22980 (in this document named as DuPont Community Credit Union or Sponsor). Promotion rules have been set by DuPont Community Credit Union and all decisions to conduct this Promotion are final and mandatory to all participants in this Promotion.

1. The Promotion Period will begin with auto loan applications submitted from 12:00 am ET on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, to 11:59 pm Eastern Time ET on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, and the auto loan application must be funded/closed by Tuesday, January 7, 2025. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the promotion.
   
   
2. Eligibility – To participate in the Promotion and be eligible to win the prize, finance or refinance a new or used vehicle, not currently financed by DuPont Community Credit Union, with a DuPont Community Credit Union auto loan during the Promotion Period to receive one automatic entry. You must be a legal U.S. resident, 18 years or older, and a DuPont Community Credit Union member at the time of entry.
   
   
3. No Purchase Necessary – An eligible participant may alternatively enter the Promotion by hand printing the words “Drive Now. Pay Later. Win!” and their full name, address, daytime phone number (including area code), e-mail address, and date of birth, on a 3x5 inch card and mailing it to DuPont Community Credit Union, Attn: “Drive Now. Pay Later. Win!”, P.O. Box 1365, Waynesboro, VA 22980. Mail-in entries must be received by DuPont Community Credit Union by the end of the Promotion Period. Proof of mailing or postmark do not constitute proof of delivery. DuPont Community Credit Union is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, postage-due or illegible entries or mail. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. One mail-in winner per unique social security number.
   
   
4. Employees, officers, directors of DuPont Community Credit Union and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and their spouses) and persons living in the same household are not eligible for sweepstakes entry.
   
   
5. Three hundred (300) winners, 100 each month, will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entrants throughout the Promotion (one winner per unique social security number). Winners will be contacted by DuPont Community Credit Union via email and phone by November 15, 2024, December 16, 2024, and January 15, 2025. Winners will receive the $250 prize through a deposit to their DuPont Community Credit Union main share savings account and are solely responsible for any personal tax liability arising out of this deposit.

Participating in the Promotion and Promotion Prize

DuPont Community Credit Union will run the Promotion beginning with auto loan applications submitted from 12:00 am ET on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, to 11:59 pm Eastern Time ET on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, and the same auto loan application must be funded/closed by Tuesday, January 7, 2025. To participate in the Promotion, finance or refinance a new or used vehicle, not currently financed by DuPont Community Credit Union, with a DuPont Community Credit Union auto loan during the Sweepstakes Period for an automatic entry. A total of three hundred (300) winners will be chosen during the entirety of the Promotion. Each winner chosen will receive $250.

Odds of winning depend upon the number of total eligible entries received. DuPont Community Credit Union has the right to end the Promotion if there should be an unforeseen obstacle that inhibits the possibility to continue with the Promotion. Once this happens, a notice will also be placed on the DuPont Community Credit Union website. Any complaints about Promotion organization and conduct can be sent to DuPont Community Credit Union at feedback@mydccu.com with a heading “Drive now. Pay later. Win! Sweepstakes”. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations apply. All disputes concerning the Promotion will be resolved according to federal, state, and local law. By participating in the Promotion, the participants give DuPont Community Credit Union the right to store participant names and contact details. The Sponsor may also list winners, first name and last initial, on its website. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for lost, misdirected, incomplete, or incorrect prize entries. Sponsor is not responsible for errors and Sponsor may rescind, cancel, or revoke this Promotion based on any factor outside of its reasonable control without liability at its sole discretion.
