If the unauthorized transactions were completed with your Mastercard Platinum, contact our Cardholder Services Department at 800.449.7728. They will promptly cancel your Credit Card number and issue you a new card. Once your card has been canceled, no additional transactions can be authorized. You should receive your new card within 7-10 business days.
Contact us and we will be glad to review your credit card to assist with this issue. **If this occurs after business hours, you may also contact our Cardholder Services Department at 844-231-2221. Your card may have been placed on hold due to transactions that have been processed outside of your normal spending and threshold. Security processes will place a hold on transactions with your card until we can verify that the transactions are processed by you. This ensures that if your card was lost or stolen, additional protection is available to keep fraudulent transactions from occurring.
You may take up to 25% of the total credit card limit. For example, if your credit card limit is $10,000, your maximum cash advance will be $2,500.
Your new credit card is mailed to the address on your account 3-4 weeks prior to your current expiration date. Your current card will remain active until the last day of the month in which your card expires. If you have not received your new credit card, it may be beneficial to check your address in Online Banking to ensure we have your current address. If you have not received your card within the time frame, contact us for assistance.
