Samsung Pay is a fast and convenient way to make purchases with your mobile device. Samsung Pay is unique because it is one of the few mobile payments services that is compatible with traditional magnetic stripe card readers and NFC terminals, making it usable at almost any card reader terminal.

All personal DCCU credit and debit cards are compatible with Samsung Pay.

Yes! You will continue to earn points or cashback on qualifying purchases made when you use your debit or credit card via Samsung Pay.

You may be asked to verify your information when adding your DCCU card to Samsung Pay. Please follow the instructions within the Samsung Pay app if additional verification is needed.

Yes. Your payment information for each transaction is secured with a device specific number, not your card number, and Samsung Pay does not store or share this information. As an extra layer of security, transactions require authorization with a Samsung Pay PIN or your fingerprint.

Launch the app by swiping up from the bottom of the screen. Authorize the transaction with your fingerprint or Samsung Pay PIN. Hold your device over the card reader and a gentle vibration will indicate the information is being transmitted. The card reader or cashier will confirm payment completion.

If your DCCU debit card is lost or stolen, call 844-231-2220. If your DCCU credit card is lost or stolen, call 844-231-2221. You should remove the lost or stolen card from Samsung Pay and add the new card when it comes in the mail.

Without your fingerprint or Samsung Pay PIN, your payment information is not available to users of the device. In addition, you can use the Samsung Find My Mobile service to remotely lock or erase cards in the Samsung Pay app or erase the entire device and/or removable storage. Locking Samsung Pay disables all payments from the device and DCCU will be requested to suspend any transactions made with the device. Your fingerprint or Samsung Pay PIN can be used to unlock the app once the device has been located.

Select “Membership” from the main Samsung Pay screen. Select on the card you want to remove. Under “More”, select “Delete card”. Confirm delete.
