While our retail teams serve members in direct ways in-person, over the phone, and via the Internet, we also offer roles in many other departments throughout the Credit Union in positions and departments that support our mission and goals while helping DCCU run efficiently.

We are proud to support our employees, and each year we honor those who reach significant milestones in their DCCU careers. In 2024, 40 employees were celebrated for their credit union service – ranging from 5 to 35 years. We are happy to recognize and celebrate their dedication to our mission of supporting the financial wellness of our members and the community.

Volunteering is an important part of fulfilling our mission at DCCU. Our employees enjoy giving back in a hands-on way throughout the communities we serve. They have donated their time at several organizations throughout the Shenandoah Valley, including the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank and many more.
