When you use your personal credit card for in-store mobile wallet purchases, you can earn 3X rewards points or 2% cash back—it’s that easy!

How It Works:

  1. Set up your favorite mobile wallet (like Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay).
  2. Add your personal DCCU credit card to your mobile wallet. Log in to your account on the DCCU mobile app. Navigate to your credit card info and tap ‘My Cards’. Scroll below the card image and tap ‘Add to wallet’.
  3. Tap to pay for in-store purchases. Simply tap your phone on a contactless terminal to securely pay for your purchase.
  4. Receive 3X rewards or 2% cash back now through 12/31/2024!

Making a payment is simple and easy using Online Banking. You can transfer funds directly from your checking or savings account at DCCU or another financial institution to your Credit Card. This can be a one-time payment or recurring.

Yes, you may call or visit any DCCU office to make a payment.  You may also make payments using Online Banking, or via mail, using the address above.

To report a lost or stolen Credit Card, call toll-free: 866-820-5970.

Yes, be sure to contact us with the dates and places you will be traveling.

You can call toll-free: 888.918.7313.  Or contact us for additional help.

Any payment of $2,500 or over will be held for three business days.  Funds will become available once the hold has been released.

If the unauthorized transactions were completed with your Mastercard Platinum, contact our Cardholder Services Department at 800.449.7728.  They will promptly cancel your Credit Card number and issue you a new card.  Once your card has been canceled, no additional transactions can be authorized.  You should receive your new card within 7-10 business days.

Contact us and we will be glad to review your credit card to assist with this issue.  **If this occurs after business hours, you may also contact our Cardholder Services Department at 866.820.5970.  Your card may have been placed on hold due to transactions that have been processed outside of your normal spending and threshold.  Security processes will place a hold on transactions with your card until we can verify that the transactions are processed by you.  This ensures that if your card was lost or stolen, additional protection is available to keep fraudulent transactions from occurring.

You make take up to 25% of the total credit card limit (Example| Credit Card limit $10,000 max cash advance will be $2,500).

Your new credit card is mailed to the address on your account 3-4 weeks prior to your current expiration date.  Your current card will remain active until the last day of the month in which your card expires.  If you have not received your new credit card, it may be beneficial to check your address in Online Banking (under Alerts & Settings) to ensure we have your most recent address.  If you have not received your card within the time frame, contact us for assistance.

Balance Transfer FAQs

A balance transfer is the process of moving existing credit card or loan balances from one account or financial institution to another account or financial institution.

World Rewards, Platinum Rewards, and Platinum Cash Back personal credit cards are eligible for balance transfers.

Yes, there is a 3% fee per transfer, with a $150 maximum charge per transfer. 

Yes, you can transfer multiple credit card or loan balances as long as you have enough available credit on your DCCU credit card. 

The simplest way to transfer a balance is from within Online Banking or from our DCCU Mobile App. 

A balance transfer typically takes 7-10 business days to process, but it can vary depending on the financial institutions involved.

Yes, keep making payments on your original balance until the transfer is complete to avoid late fees or penalties.
